Scion Rock Fest

The shit goes down this weekend in Pomona.  Four stages and guaranteed chaos.  But let's hope the chaos is found in the pits, not on the way in.  Wristbands we're distributed last weekend, and we checked in with the authorities to find out what those get you.  Here's what we were told: 

1.        For those that have picked up a wrist band at a retail store, that is the ticket.  They will need to wear the wristband the day of for entry into the event.

2.       For those that selected will call.  In order to retrieve their ticket (wristband), please bring the confirmation e-mail print out along with valid ID for proof of identity to the Will Call location on Saturday, March 5, 2011.  Will Call opens at 2:00 p.m. and will be located at Main & 2nd in Pomona.

Tickets are limited to availability. Free admission with ticket.  Maximum one (1) ticket per person.  All ages are welcome.  Early arrival is suggested as space is limited. Entry is NOT guaranteed. Line up subject to change.

Travel to the fest in style on the party bus.  There's no doubt the cops will be out and looking to make an example out of each one of us.  Save yourself a few hours of freedom and let someone else drive.  Here's one leaving from Downey.  If we hear about any more, we'll pass it on.
