Attention All Ye Feggots!
Wednesday, June 2, 2010 Tonight the one and only LOUD WEIRD SLOUGH FEG return for a show with Indianapolis's THE GATES OF SLUMBER before the pair head west to Sin City for the Doom in June Festival this weekend. Both bands were in town earlier this spring and easily lived up to their lofty reputations as live acts. Due to a scheduling snafu, this show was moved last week from The Blvd to the King King, and presents an unexpected opportunity for us to show that we can turnout to one of Hollywood's better yet underutilized venues. Opening up is HUNTRESS, who has received ample love from the local blogosphere for their debut EP, Off With Her Head, including us, Invisible Oranges, and Cerebral Metalhead. This evening will kick a sting of local performances over the next few weeks. And good reading before the show is this interview of Mike Scalzi of SLOUGH FEG by HUNTRESS drummer Sean Ford and others. It doesn't seem like Mr. Scalzi enjoyed Sean's questions as much as we did.

This will be my third time sharing the stage with Mike, who I love like a shredding, hairy chested father figure, but I bet ten bucks he doesn’t remember me. Which allows me to taunt him without fear via blog interview.
